Refund policy

7-Day Easy Exchange
Wrong size or changed your mind? You can exchange any item within 7 days of receiving it. Message us on WhatsApp at +923108877887 or email info@zubaidas.store with your order number and we will arrange an exchange for a different size, colour or product (subject to availability).

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will share instructions on how and where to send your parcel (we have multiple branches). Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Returns
Returns can also be requested within 7 days of receiving your item, under the same conditions as above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Certain items cannot be exchanged or returned, such as custom or personalised items and personal care goods. Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days but cannot be refunded. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@zubaidas.store.
