No, registration is a way for you to become a member of Zubaidas.store. It is important to us that all members participate in an honest and professional manner. This also allows us to ensure the security of all users. You need to register only once.
Once you become a registered member, you are able to track your purchases, keep a record of your transactions and be regularly notified by email of Zubaidas.store promotions and sales.

The brand Zubaida’s operates under multiple management. Here you are standing at Zubaidas Mothershop. Our online store is Zubaidas.store you can find our physical stores on About Us Page.


As soon as we receive your order and it is logged in our system, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please consider that sending this email could take up to an hour. You will also get a delivery confirmation once your order has been packaged and shipped from our warehouse, allowing you to track your package. There are several ways to verify whether your order has been placed if you are unsure:
  • When the order was placed, you should have arrived on a page titled “Your order”.
  • An order confirmation has been sent to your specified email address. Make sure that this email has not ended up in your spam.
  • You can see your order on your account. By clicking here you will be redirected to “My Page”.

We work with leading shipping suppliers to enable fast deliveries from our warehouse to your home. However, there are sometimes delays, if this happens you are more than welcome to contact our customer service for help. You can also click here to track your package.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please give us a call for faster handling time. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee that we can cancel your order.

Only items that are in stock may be purchased in order to maintain our quick deliveries. The order will not process if you attempt to order more items than we currently have in stock; instead, the system will automatically default to the number of items we currently have in stock.


We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame.To track your order, please add your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse

we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

It typically takes 1~2 working days for delivery within Karachi and 2~4 working days for other cities. Please contact us if you have not received your package by the said time frames.


There are times when a product does not live up to expectations. We will, of course, assist you in filing a claim in these situations. To ensure that we can handle your case as soon as possible, please follow the steps below and fill out your claim accurately. Use the web form on our customer service page to submit the claim. Information required for product claims:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect
  • Description of the defect

As soon as we receive this information, we will begin processing your case and getting back to you. Please reply to the email you used to submit your complaint if you need to get in touch with us about it. However, since it might take some time for the supplier to respond to your claim, we kindly ask that you wait before sending a follow-up. Naturally, resolving the issue as quickly as possible is our top priority.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be carefully wrapped and packaged to avoid packaging damage. All products must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still in place.

On the product’s original packaging, you are not permitted to tape or paste anything. Multiple orders may be sent in the same package. Just make sure to put a note with the order numbers you are returning in the package.


If you have received an incorrect item or if the item is not in the expected condition, please contact our customer service through our web form on the customer service page. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the delivery.
